Get your questions answered on HRT

To keep the conversation slightly more private* this broadcast will take place inside my special private Facebook group so if you are not already a member click HERE to gain access. *(we cannot answer highly individual questions)

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) November 2015 menopause guideline recognises that for most women HRT is safe, appropriate, and the most effective treatment for menopause symptoms. However, Menopause management is a highly individualised choice and including HRT, or not, is a decision we recommend making alongside a doctor or nurse who can help you understand the different options and long term consequences.

The HRT Q & A Facebook live on Wednesday 9th December at 2pm is a great opportunity to meet Kathie and ask her some questions around menopause management, including HRT. Join the group and say Going to the Event so you receive a notification when we go live. If you can’t be there during the broadcast drop me a note and I’ll make sure you receive a copy of the replay.
