I went into perimenopause in my late 30s. Initially, I felt isolated, overwhelmed and confused by the changes. So, I decided to do something positive for myself that would help other women too.
With over a decade’s experience of coaching and supporting women through pregnancy, birth and mothering as a doula, childbirth educator and pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, I wanted to create the same level of support for women at perimenopause.
I am now a qualified women’s health coach, peri- to post-menopausal wellness specialist and Menopause Yoga teacher. I help women overcome perimenopausal anxiety and stress, feel empowered and prepared for menopause, and provide them with the information, skills and support they need to feel their best in their 40s and 50s.
What I do
I combine evidence-based health education on perimenopausal wellbeing (including nutrition, fitness, natural approaches to menopause and HRT) with female-focused coaching strategies and proven mind-body techniques to help women manage and ease peri/menopause symptoms. I also offer online Women’s Wellbeing Yoga classes, which are specifically designed for women at peri- to post-menopause.
